1Who we are
InnerAxion™ ("InnerAxion", "we", "us") operates a decision-intelligence platform at app.inneraxion.ai (the "Service"). These Terms of Use govern your access to and use of the Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
2The Service is decision support — not professional advice
InnerAxion helps you think through decisions by generating structured, personalized recommendations. Its output is informational and for your own personal decision-making only. It is not professional advice of any kind — including legal, financial, investment, medical, psychological, tax, or career advice — and is not a substitute for a qualified professional. You remain solely responsible for every decision you make and for its outcomes. Do not rely on the Service for decisions requiring licensed professional judgement, or where safety, health, or significant financial consequences are involved.
3Eligibility & accounts
You must be at least 18 years old (or the age of majority where you live) to use the Service. You are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure and for all activity under your account. Provide accurate registration information and keep it current.
4Credits & access
Access to decision sessions is metered by credits. Your first decision session is free. Additional sessions are purchased as credits (see the Refund Policy and Payment & Billing Terms). A credit is a limited, personal, non-transferable licence to run one decision session; a completed session consumes one credit. Credits do not expire.
5Payments & Merchant of Record
Purchases are processed by our Merchant of Record, Lemon Squeezy (a Stripe company), which acts as the seller of record, handles billing, and remits applicable taxes. Your purchase is also subject to Lemon Squeezy's terms presented at checkout. Prices are shown at checkout and may include tax depending on your location.
6Acceptable use
You agree not to:
- reverse-engineer, scrape, or attempt to extract the underlying models, scoring logic, or prompts of the Service;
- resell or share credits or output commercially without our written permission;
- use the Service for unlawful, harmful, harassing, or fraudulent purposes;
- submit content that infringes others' rights or contains others' personal data without a lawful basis;
- attempt to disrupt, overload, or gain unauthorized access to the Service or its infrastructure.
7Your content
You retain ownership of the dilemma details and inputs you provide ("Your Content"). You grant us a limited licence to process Your Content to operate and improve the Service, as described in the Privacy Policy. Please do not submit sensitive information you are not comfortable having processed.
8Our intellectual property
The Service — including its software, design, brand, and the methods and models that generate recommendations — is owned by InnerAxion and protected by intellectual-property laws. These Terms grant you no rights in our intellectual property except the limited right to use the Service.
9AI-generated output
Recommendations are generated by automated systems and large language models. Output may be incomplete, inaccurate, or unsuitable for your situation. You are responsible for evaluating output before acting on it.
10Disclaimer of warranties
The Service is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose, accuracy, and non-infringement, to the maximum extent permitted by law.
11Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, InnerAxion will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages, or for any loss arising from decisions made using the Service. Our total aggregate liability for any claim relating to the Service will not exceed the greater of the amount you paid us in the twelve (12) months before the claim, or USD 50.
12Termination
You may stop using the Service at any time. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms. Unused credits associated with a terminated account may be forfeited where termination is due to your breach.
13Changes
We may update these Terms. Material changes will be posted with a revised effective date. Continued use after changes means you accept them.
14Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Israel, without regard to conflict-of-law rules, and the competent courts of Israel will have jurisdiction.
