Because our Merchant of Record (Lemon Squeezy, a Stripe company) is the seller of record, refunds are issued through them under the terms below, which we instruct them to apply.
1Digital credits
Credits are digital goods that unlock decision sessions immediately upon purchase.
2What's refundable
- We offer a refund of unused credits within 14 days of purchase.
- Credits that have already been used to run a decision session are non-refundable, because the Service was delivered.
- Partially used packs: we refund the pro-rata value of unused credits only.
3How to request
Email support@inneraxion.ai from your account email with your order number (shown on your Lemon Squeezy receipt). We aim to respond within 3 business days. Approved refunds are returned to your original payment method by Lemon Squeezy.
4Exceptions
We may decline refunds where we detect abuse (e.g. repeated buy-use-refund cycles) or fraud.
5Statutory rights
Nothing here limits any non-waivable consumer rights you have under applicable law.
