InnerAxion sells decision credits as one-time purchases — a single credit, or a discounted multi-credit pack. The exact products, credit counts, and prices are shown at checkout and may change with notice for future purchases. Purchases are not subscriptions; you are only charged when you buy.
2Merchant of Record
Lemon Squeezy (a Stripe company) is the Merchant of Record and seller of record for all purchases. Your card statement will show a Lemon Squeezy descriptor. Lemon Squeezy handles billing and remits applicable taxes.
3Taxes
Displayed prices may be exclusive or inclusive of VAT/sales tax depending on your location; the exact tax is calculated and shown at checkout and remitted by our Merchant of Record.
4What a credit is
A credit is a limited, personal, non-transferable licence to run one decision session. One completed session consumes one credit. Credits do not expire.
5Receipts
Lemon Squeezy emails your receipt. Keep it — the order number is required for support and refunds.
6Failed or duplicate charges
If you are charged but credits do not appear within a few minutes, email support@inneraxion.ai with your order number and we will reconcile it.
